Master's Programme in Architecture

On-campus, full-time master's in Architecture at Hochschule Wismar, taught in small studio groups with intensive design work and an emphasis on integrating green building, ecology, economy, socio-cultural development, technology and digitalisation; it can be completed entirely in English.

Academic requirements

Admission is based on a selection procedure. The selection procedure consists of a written application, in which students should explain their motivation for study and their study goals.

Minimum GPA

Bachelor's degree with a grade equivalent to German 2.3 or better.

English requirements

IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 80 (or paper-based 550), or Duolingo 105.

Accepted bachelor fields

A bachelor's degree in architecture (related fields may be admitted by the exceptions committee). Admission involves a written application, motivation letter, portfolio and CV.
