Our 95% success rate means: 95% of students who complete our full-service paid support receive at least one university admission letter. from German universities.
What's Included:
- Students who received admission from any tuition-free public German university
- Both conditional and unconditional admissions
- All major German states, note public unis are not uniformly free: Baden-Württemberg charges €1,500/semester and parts of Bavaria (e.g. TUM) charge non-EU fees
What's NOT Included:
- Students who didn't complete application documents
- Students with ineligible academic backgrounds
- Self-service package users (DIY applicants)

Admission ≠ Visa Approval ≠ Enrollment: Our 95% success rate measures university admission only. Visa approval depends on embassy decisions, financial proof, and interview performance. Final enrollment depends on students meeting conditional requirements (e.g., language certificates, degree completion).

If you purchase our Premium Package (₹80,000) and receive ZERO university admissions after applying to every university in the agreed shortlist, completing mentor-required steps, and completing the free reapplication cycle, we will refund 100% of your service fee if the package conditions are met.

- Refund does NOT cover third-party costs (university fees, visa fees, document costs, etc.)
- Refund is NOT applicable if you receive an admission from the approved plan and decline it, or if you receive a conditional admission and do not complete the stated condition
- Refund is NOT applicable if you refuse, delay, remove, or substitute recommended applications or mentor-required steps without written agreement
- Mentor Pack (₹29,999) includes a 7-day refund window. Package validity: One target intake or up to one year from the joining date, whichever comes first. It does not include the no-admission refund promise or support for a second intake after the original target intake ends.
- Visa rejection after admission does not qualify for refund
Refund Processing:
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the final decision deadline for the free reapplication cycle. Refunds are processed within 14-21 business days via bank transfer to your original payment method or verified bank account.
