Sustainable Buildings and Green Cities | Summer School

This two-week RWTH Summer School explores energy efficiency in buildings and districts through building performance simulation and district supply systems. Using the SmartQuart living-lab district as a case study, participants work on climate-neutral urban and building concepts.

Academic requirements

At least 18 years old, proficient in English.

Minimum GPA

Not applicable for non-degree programmes.

Accepted bachelor fields

The official page states participants must be at least 18 years old and be in a bachelor's or master's programme, in between studies, or recently graduated. It adds that a related study degree is beneficial and that basic understanding of power generation and power systems, electrochemical systems, or electricity systems and their components is desirable.
