Microelectronic Systems

Offered jointly by the FH Westküste University of Applied Sciences and HAW Hamburg, this three-semester Master’s programme focuses on the development and application of microelectronic systems—key technologies driving the energy transition and digitalisation. Graduates play a vital role in developing integrated circuits, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and artificial intelligence applications, especially in fields like e-mobility. A unique highlight is the strong collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute for Silicon Technology (ISIT).
