Modern Sinology

Research-oriented MA in East Asian Studies/Modern Sinology focused on modern China from the eighteenth century to the present, combining China-related language and cultural competence with humanities and social-science methods.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent with at least 120 credits in Sinology, including at least 24 credits drawn from at least two of the following areas of modern China: history, religion, politics, society, philosophy, linguistics, economics, or law.
