Social Work Research

This research-oriented master's develops advanced empirical, analytical, and ethical competences in social work research. It combines project-based learning, small research groups, and participation in ongoing research projects with a strong focus on theory and methodology.

Minimum GPA

The current official admissions page accepts incomplete bachelor's degrees only if at least 81% of the required workload has been completed at the time of application.

English requirements

For English-language master's programmes at Leuphana, the current official admissions page accepts TOEFL iBT 85, TOEIC 785, TOEIC Listening and Reading 785, IELTS 5.5, Cambridge C1 Advanced, 30 ECTS taught and examined in English, a completed English degree, or specified school-based proof.
