African Verbal and Visual Arts: Languages, Literatures, Media and Art (BA)

Interdisciplinary bachelor's programme on African languages, literatures, arts, and media that builds broad African-studies expertise and intercultural competence for academic and professional contexts.

English requirements

English at B2 CEFR is required. German at A1 is required and may be submitted by the end of the second semester.

German requirements

German basic knowledge (A1, must be acquired by the second semester)

Accepted bachelor fields

Requires a recognised higher education entrance qualification. No prior subject specialisation is published, but the programme expects strong interest in African cultural issues.
