Meteorology

Research-oriented English-taught MSc in Meteorology that develops advanced theoretical and experimental understanding of meteorology through close work with the institute's research groups and cooperation partners.

Academic requirements

Bachelor's degrees in related subjects may be acknowledged by the examination board if sufficient physical and mathematical knowledge can be demonstrated. The board may impose constraints and tests for admission.

Accepted bachelor fields

A completed bachelor's degree in a subject related to the natural sciences covering at least two modules with physical or mathematical basics of the bachelor's programme Meteorology, or equivalent physical or mathematical knowledge. The reviewed official institute page also describes suitable backgrounds as natural-science subjects with physical or mathematical basics comparable to the BSc in Meteorology.
