Genetics and Biology of Ageing and Regeneration

Master's programme combining theoretical and practical training in genetics, ageing, and regeneration to address age-associated disease and related life-science questions.

Academic requirements

Students can apply if not yet finished Bachelor's degree, if they have attained at least 80% of total credit points by time of application and will complete Bachelor's programme before start of Master's.

Minimum GPA

Final bachelor's grade of at least 2.7 in the German grading system.

English requirements

Upper-level B2 English proficiency is required. Accepted proof includes TOEFL PBT 580, CBT 237, iBT 93, IELTS 6.5, Cambridge B2 First with scale 175, TOEIC section scores as published, evidence of a degree taught in English, or a German university entrance qualification with at least six years of English classes.

Accepted bachelor fields

Requires a bachelor's background in biology, biochemistry, biomedicine, or another related field in the life or natural sciences.
