Life Science

The consecutive master's programme in Life Science builds on prior study in life science or a similar field and introduces students to international research methods and current research in molecular biology and biomolecular or bioorganic chemistry. It combines coursework, an internship and an independent master's thesis project.

Academic requirements

If the subject of your Bachelor's degree is a subject related to Life Science at the University of Konstanz, you have to have good assessments in the areas relevant for Life Science (organic chemistry, biochemistry, molecular biology).

English requirements

English at CEFR B2, proven for example by TOEFL iBT 72, IELTS 5.0, Cambridge First Certificate in English, or other officially listed exemptions.

The programme includes a compulsory internship and prepares students for research-oriented work in molecular life science as well as laboratory and applied roles in private or public institutions.
