Double Bachelor's Degree in Marine Engineering

Future challenges for efficient, safe, and environmentally-friendly shipping will require a smart combination of competencies for ship building and ship operation. This Bachelor’s programme implements an innovative approach based on the high standards of German engineering science. The Bachelor’s programme is focused on the growing demand for marine engineers in Indonesia, Asia and around the world. It was designed by Hochschule Wismar University of Applied Sciences and ITS Surabaya, both of which have a superb international reputation and the highest standards in higher maritime education. The entire study programme is held at ITS Surabaya with the support of four professors from Wismar University and several guest lecturers from the international maritime industry.
