BA Social Sciences / BA Sozialwissenschaften: Social and Political Change

Modern societies are subject to constant processes of change. The Social and Political Change Bachelor's programme will help you gain the knowledge and skills to navigate the complexities of modern society. Why, in which ways and by whom processes of political and social change are shaped, influenced, and possibly determined is at the heart of our teaching and research. Our programme is the first undergraduate Bachelor's in the social sciences in Germany that upholds this particular interdisciplinary perspective, and it does so bilingually!

Academic requirements

A high school diploma is needed (equivalent to the Abitur).

Minimum GPA

No fixed minimum GPA is published on the current official programme page.

German requirements

One of the two languages is mastered at CEFR level C1 and the other at level B2 (minimum). Certificates must not be older than two years.
