Nanoscience and Nanotechnology

Two-year English-taught MSc in Nanoscience and Nanotechnology covering nanoscopic systems from fundamentals to applications and devices through lectures, seminars, lab courses, a research project, and a thesis.

Minimum GPA

2.7 or better in the German grading system.

English requirements

English at B2 CEFR. Accepted proofs: TOEFL 533 paper / 200 computer / 72 internet, CAE level C, IELTS 6, or equivalent; a certificate stating that the previous degree was taught in English is not accepted.

Accepted bachelor fields

BSc in Physics, Chemistry, or Electrical Engineering with grade 2.7 or better. Other bachelor's degrees with grade 2.7 or better may be considered based on recommendation letters and/or a discussion with academic experts.
