Information Technology – INFOTECH

The INFOTECH Master's programme provides a blend of computer science and electronics/information engineering courses. It covers information, communication, embedded systems, and computer engineering. The programme includes core and supplementary modules, a research project, lab course, non-technical module, and a six-month Master's thesis.

Academic requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree (or similar) from at least a three-year course of study

Minimum GPA

Cumulative Grade Point Average better than 70%/100%, 2.8/4, 3.5/5, 14/20, 7/10, or 2.5/1.0 (German marks).

Accepted bachelor fields

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) or similar (e.g., BTech, BE, BCS, BCA) in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering (communications), electronics engineering or automation.
