Research-driven MSc in Molecular Plant Science with strong laboratory and research training in plant molecular biology, followed by an independent master's thesis embedded in the University of Hamburg research environment.

Bachelor's degree in Biology, Molecular Life Sciences, or Biochemistry in Germany, or another bachelor's degree with at least 70 credit points in Biology and Biochemistry including 20 credit points in university laboratory practicals in molecular biology and/or biochemistry, plus a scientific experimental final thesis in molecular biology worth at least 6 credit points. The reviewed official page notes that pharmacy bachelor's degrees usually do not fulfil these conditions.
