Programme Overview
This joint exchange master's is offered by TH Köln and the German Jordanian University with a focus on the Middle East and Northern Africa region. Students study the first two semesters in Germany, the third semester in Jordan, and complete a master's thesis focused on the MENA region.
Admission Requirements

- Applicants must prove English by TOEFL paper-based 550, TOEFL computer-based 213, TOEFL internet-based 80, or IELTS 6.0.
- German requirements
- Basic German language skills recommended for DAAD scholarship applicants.
- Accepted bachelor fields
- The official admission-requirements page states that applicants need a higher-education degree from a state-recognized institution in environmental engineering, natural sciences, agricultural sciences, geography, social sciences, or another field related to the programme. A minimum of 10 ECTS in mathematics or statistics is also required.
