European Master's in Renewable Energy (EMRE)

This European master's programme is organised by the EUREC university consortium and trains graduates for specialised careers in renewable energy. Students complete a core semester, a specialisation semester at a partner university, and a project thesis.

English requirements

English language proficiency at CEFR level B2 is required. The official Oldenburg page accepts recognised B2-level proofs and states the proof must not be older than 5 years at the time of application and must be presented for enrolment.

Accepted bachelor fields

Applicants need a bachelor's degree in engineering or a scientific discipline such as physics, chemistry, or mathematics. The official Oldenburg page states that the criteria may be waived for applicants with relevant work experience deemed equivalent to the academic admission requirements.
