A binational Bachelor's programme in chemistry, with the first three semesters at Bielefeld University and the last three at Université Paris Cité, providing broad and specialised knowledge in chemistry.

Admission Requirements

Academic requirements: Deadline: 30 June for the following winter semester
Minimum GPA: No fixed minimum GPA is published on the current official programme page.
English requirements: Applicants must provide proof of their French and German (preferably beyond the level of the "Zertifikat Deutsch") language skills; German: TestDaF 4 or DSH II. Exemptions from the examination in German may be gained by presenting one of the following qualifications: Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom Großes Deutsches Sprachdiplom Deutsches Sprachdiplom der Kultusministerkonferenz (KMK) der Stufe II Zentrale Oberstufenprüfung (ZOP) of the Goethe Institute Prüfung zum Nachweis deutscher Sprachkenntnisse (PNdS), Feststellungsprüfung from Studienkolleg School-leaving qualifications from a German-language secondary school in a foreign country Proof of at least ten years of school attendance in Germany.

Tuition fee: Free (no tuition)
Semester contribution: Since Bielefeld University does not charge tuition fees, every student only has to pay a social fee. The social fee includes the contribution to the social ticket for free public transport in the city and area of Bielefeld and on regional trains and buses in North-Rhine Westphalia for the whole semester. The current semester contribution is approximately 300 EUR.
