MSc Molecular Biotechnology (MOB)

This English-language master's programme deepens applied knowledge in molecular biotechnology through advanced genetic engineering, cell culture, OMICS technologies, sequencing, bioinformatics, and recombinant production. It is designed for students with relevant bioscience and biotechnology backgrounds and combines taught study with applied laboratory work.

Academic requirements

relevant, qualified professional experience of at least one year after graduation is required; aptitude interview in some cases

Final grade up to 2.5 goes into the assessment procedure; final grade above 2.5 is not eligible for admission.

English requirements

English language skills of TOEFL iBT at least 95, IELTS 7.0, C1, or equivalent. A proven degree from an English-speaking college or university is also accepted.

Accepted bachelor fields

A bachelor's degree in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biology, Food Technology, Molecular Biology, or a related degree programme with at least 7 semesters (210 credits) is required.
