Programme Overview

This all-English MSc provides multidisciplinary training in quantum science and emerging quantum technologies, including quantum mechanics, information, communication, computing, imaging, and sensing.

Admission Requirements

Academic requirements: Final acceptance decision made by the evaluation committee of the Abbe School of Photonics.
Minimum GPA: No fixed minimum GPA is published on the current official application page.
English requirements: The official application page accepts TOEFL 550 paper / 215 computer / 85 iBT, TOEIC 780, IELTS 6.5, Cambridge CAE or CPE, or a university statement confirming previous education in English. Exemptions are published for certain English-speaking-country qualifications and comparable English-medium study backgrounds.
German requirements: You do not need to be skilled in the German language.
