English-taught MSc in Applied Photonics covering optical communication, quantum optics, laser technologies, optical design, signal processing, biophotonics, and related laboratory and thesis work in modern photonics.

Admission Requirements

Minimum GPA: No fixed minimum GPA is published on the current official programme page.
English requirements: English level B2 CEFR. The Applied Photonics page lists the following proofs: higher-education entrance qualification showing the language level, TOEIC (L&R) 785, TOEFL iBT 72, TOEFL ITP 543, Cambridge First grade B, Cambridge CAE or CPE grade C, IELTS 6.0, PTC Academic B2 65, or UNIcert II grade 2.3.
Accepted bachelor fields: High-quality bachelor's or diploma degree in Physics or Engineering, for example Electronics, Optoelectronics, Mechatronics, or Optometry. The programme page also states that other natural science or engineering degrees are reviewed individually.
