Economic Policy

English-taught MSc in Economic Policy that combines economic theory and econometric methods to analyse real-world and policy problems, with a core economics foundation plus flexible electives.

Minimum GPA

Final average grade of 2.5 or better according to the German grading scale.

English requirements

English proficiency at least B2 CEFR. Accepted proofs: TOEFL 548 paper / 212 computer / 79 internet, IELTS 6.5, Cambridge/Oxford Certificate PET, or a Medium of Instruction certificate confirming the three-year bachelor's degree was conducted entirely in English.

German requirements

German language skills are not necessary in order to graduate from this programme.

Accepted bachelor fields

Bachelor's degree with a standard period of study of at least 6 semesters. An economics background is advantageous but not required; applicants without a clear economics background should document their mathematical or statistical preparation.
