Programme Overview

This international master's integrates computer science, business information systems, IT management, and data science in a flexible project-based programme. Students specialize in Business Information Systems, Software Architecture, Data and Information Science, or IT Management.

Admission Requirements

Academic requirements: A further specialisation-specific condition of earned ECTS regarding the focus areas is described here: https://digital-sciences.de/en
Minimum GPA: At least 2.5 overall in the bachelor's degree.
English requirements: Applicants in all specializations must prove English at least at CEFR B2, for example by TOEFL paper-based 550, TOEFL computer-based 213, TOEFL internet-based 80 for tests before January 21, 2026 or 4.0 for tests from January 21, 2026, IELTS 6.0, Abitur proof of B2, or an equivalent certificate recognized by the examination board.
German requirements: A German language level of C1 is only required for the IT Management specialisation.
