Global Change: Ecosystem Science and Policy

International joint master's programme with University College Dublin on global change science, data management and policy advice, covering climate change, biodiversity loss, and resource consumption across 16 months in Ireland and Germany.

Academic requirements

Following a case-by-case assessment, other study programmes may be accepted such as zoology, ecology, geology or biochemistry as equivalent and may also be subjected to specific requirements.

Minimum GPA

Average grade of 2.48 (UCD grade points) or better.

English requirements

TOEFL iBT min. 100, or IELTS min. 6.5. Native English speakers or those who completed primary degree in English in English-speaking country may be exempt.

Accepted bachelor fields

Bachelor's degree with at least 180 ECTS and average grade of 2.48 (UCD grade points) or better in Biology, Agricultural Studies, Natural or Environmental Sciences. Other programmes like zoology, ecology, geology or biochemistry may be accepted case-by-case.
