Master of Business Administration – Energy and Finance

This bilingual master's programme connects energy markets and capital markets by combining business administration, economics, and finance with the structural transformation of the energy sector. It is aimed at high-performing students who want an interdisciplinary qualification for energy and finance roles.

Minimum GPA

Overall grade of 3.0 or better.

English requirements

English at CEFR B2. The faculty lists TOEFL iBT 100, TOEFL CBT 250, TOEFL PBT 600, IELTS 6.5, or at least five points in English in the Abitur advanced course as examples of accepted proof.

German requirements

German language skills (via TestDaF: TDN 4 (better 5), DSH-2 (better DSH-3), DSD II, ZOP, KDS, GDS)

Accepted bachelor fields

First degree in economics or a degree with an economics background such as industrial engineering, business informatics, or business mathematics, including at least 30 ECTS in business administration or economics and at least 18 ECTS in mathematics, statistics, or econometrics.
