Development Management

The MA in Development Management is an 18-month interdisciplinary programme designed to train professionals for programme and project management in international cooperation and development cooperation. It combines development-related academic study with a strong practical orientation and a field-research component.

The official MADM page requires at least a second-class upper-division degree or equivalent.

English requirements

The official MADM page requires minimum certified English proficiency of TOEFL iBT 79-80, IELTS 6.0, or Duolingo 110. Certain country- and language-of-instruction-based exemptions are also described on the official programme page.

Accepted bachelor fields

Suitable previous studies include political science, social science, law, economics, geography, and other subjects related to the planning and evaluation of development programmes and projects.
