Admission Requirements

Minimum GPA: No fixed minimum GPA is published.
English requirements: Accepted proofs include TOEFL iBT 90, IELTS 6.0, CAE, FCE with grade B, or the RWTH Language Centre placement test at B2. Certain English-speaking-country degrees are exempt.
German requirements: No German language skills are required for admission and enrolment. However, you will have the chance to take German language courses as part of your curriculum at RWTH Aachen University Language Centre.
Accepted bachelor fields: Requires a Bachelor of Engineering or Bachelor of Science in civil engineering.
