How the no-admission refund actually works
The no-admission promise covers the original target intake plus two consecutive eligible reapplication intakes. If you receive no admission after completing that full process and meet every cooperation condition, Think Mile refunds the Premium service fee.

Apply for your target intake
Complete every university and profile-improvement step in the written application plan within the agreed timelines.
Stage 2
Use two supported reapplication intakes
If the first intake produces no admission, Think Mile supports the next two consecutive eligible intakes without another Think Mile service fee.
Stage 3
Receive the service-fee refund if still unsuccessful
If no admission is received across the full process and every condition was met, request the refund within 30 days of the final decision deadline. Eligible refunds are processed in 14–21 business days.
Conditions that determine eligibility
- Apply to every university in the approved plan and do not substitute or remove applications without written agreement.
- Provide complete, truthful documents, approvals, signatures, and third-party payments on time.
- Complete any agreed language, APS/VPD, document-correction, or profile-improvement step within the shared timeline.
- An admission from an approved-plan university, including a conditional admission, completes the no-admission promise.
