What one university in your report looks like
Many applications are rejected before anyone reads the SOP: a required subject area is short on credits, or the grade converts below the cut-off. Your report shows both for every programme, so you see the risk before you pay an application fee.

What we check for every university
Eight checks per programme, done by reading your documents, not by matching keywords.
Grade conversion
Your CGPA or percentage converted to the German scale using the Modified Bavarian formula, then compared with each programme's cut-off or selection score.
Syllabus and module match
Every subject in your transcript mapped to the subject areas the programme demands, such as mathematics, core engineering, or economics, with the credit shortfall named where there is one.
Degree and credit recognition
Whether a 3-year or 4-year degree is accepted, how your credits translate to ECTS, and whether the programme expects 180, 210, or 240 credits.
Language requirements
IELTS, TOEFL, or German level required, whether your Medium of Instruction certificate is accepted, and the scores you still need.
Application route
uni-assist, VPD, or direct application, APS certificate needs, and any GRE, GMAT, entrance test, interview, or portfolio the programme asks for.
Intakes and deadlines
Whether the programme opens for winter, summer, or both, and the real deadline for non-EU applicants, which is often earlier than the headline date.
Cost of the programme
Tuition, where a state or university charges non-EU students, and the semester contribution, so a fee does not surprise you after you are admitted.
Extra documents
Module descriptions, work-experience proof, LOR count, CV format, or subject-specific forms the programme wants, so you prepare them once.

- Full refund if you request it before we start analysing your documents. Not refundable once the analysis has started.

- University, uni-assist, APS, and test fees; SOP or CV writing; application submission. Admission decisions rest with each university.

Frequently asked questions
How is this different from a free university finder or an agent's shortlist?
Finders and most shortlists match on field and GPA only. We read your transcript and course syllabus module by module and compare them with each programme's published subject-area requirements, because missing credits in a required subject is a common reason applications are rejected. Every university in your report comes with the reasoning and the gaps we found, and we earn no commission from any university.
How long does it take to get my report?
5 working days from the day we have your complete documents: all semester marksheets, your course syllabus or module descriptions, and your preferences. If a document is missing, the clock starts when it arrives.
What if my university's syllabus isn't online?
Ask your department or examination office for the official syllabus or course-content booklet for your batch. If it is genuinely unavailable, we work from subject titles and credits and mark every conclusion that depends on that assumption, so you know which ones to confirm.
Should I choose 10 or 15 universities?
₹20,000 covers up to 10 universities, which suits most students with a clear field and target intake. ₹25,000 covers up to 15, useful if your profile is borderline, you are open to several fields or cities, or you want more safer options. If you are unsure, ask on WhatsApp and Ankit will suggest one after seeing your CGPA and degree.
