Is the dashboard free?

It is free to use today. A free account includes every dashboard page and 3 AI generations a week, shared across the AI tools. A dedicated consultant is part of the paid Mentor Pack.

What documents can I store here?

You can upload and manage all relevant documents: passport, marksheets (10th, 12th, degree), transcripts, language certificates (IELTS, TOEFL, German), APS certificate, CV, SOPs, LORs, and more.

What are Form answers?

Form answers store the details that application forms keep asking for (name, date of birth, grades and more), read from your documents, so you can quickly copy them when filling out APS, uni-assist, university portals or visa applications.

Where are the APS and visa checklists?

On the Journey page. The APS (Akademische Prüfstelle) certificate is required for Indian students applying to German universities, so the Journey page shows an APS checklist, a visa checklist and an intake timeline next to your stage-by-stage plan.

How does AI Auto-Fill work?

Our AI scans your uploaded documents (CV, transcripts) and automatically extracts data like education history, grades, and contact details. This fills in your Form answers so you don't have to type everything manually. Always check the extracted details before you use them.

Do I need a consultant to use the dashboard?
