Digital Process Engineering

Digital Process Engineering is a four-semester master's for graduates of chemical and biochemical process engineering that combines process-engineering fundamentals with digital methods. The curriculum emphasizes scientific computing, data visualisation, machine learning, data analysis, and modelling, simulation, and optimisation in process-engineering contexts.

Minimum GPA

The official programme page requires a bachelor's grade no lower than German 3.0 or equivalent.

English requirements

The official programme page accepts TOEFL iBT 80, TOEFL computer-based 213, IELTS 6.0, or equivalent proof.

German requirements

Knowledge of German is not necessary in order to be accepted into the programme. However, basic knowledge has to be proven in an internal exam within one year.
