German-Italian Studies

This joint master's programme of the University of Bonn and the University of Florence deepens study in German and Italian philology, literature, linguistics, culture, and media studies. Students complete at least one semester in Florence and can earn both the German MA and the Italian Laurea magistrale.

Applicants need a first degree in German-Italian Studies, a combination of German Studies and Italian Studies, or a related subject. The official Romanistik page also requires at least 30 credit points in German studies and 30 credit points in Italian studies in the prior degree.
