Digital Engineering

This interdisciplinary English-language master's sits at the interface of engineering and computer science for Industry 4.0. Students work on modelling, simulation, visualisation, and data-based optimisation of engineering and industrial processes.

The official Digital Engineering application pages require English at CEFR B2. Accepted proof includes native-speaker qualification from an English-speaking country, TOEFL iBT 85 or higher, TOEFL PBT 565 or higher, TOEFL CBT 225 or higher, IELTS 6.5 overall with at least 6.0 in each section, Cambridge First Certificate in English (FCE), or PTE Academic with at least 68 points.

German requirements

For the Master's thesis, proof of German at level A1 is required.

The official programme pages state that applicants need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, applied computer science, or a comparable related degree subject to case-by-case review.
