Biotechnology and Environmental Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering (Bilingual)

The programme addresses current and future challenges related to sustainability, bioeconomy, food, environmental and resource protection, product quality and safety, and digital transformation. It trains engineers with technological, economic, and ecological competence, focusing on resource-efficient optimization of the overall system of environment, people, and production. Covers the entire value chain from raw materials to biotechnological production and sustainable use of by-products. Taught in an application-oriented manner with lectures, seminars, exercises, case studies, internships. Study projects and practice phases promote interdisciplinary thinking and social competence. Small learning groups and personal contact.
