International Business Economics

The official TU Ilmenau language-certificate pages state that International Business Economics is an English-taught master's programme. B2 CEFR is the minimum for application and C1 CEFR is required for enrolment. Accepted English certificates include IELTS Academic, PTE Academic, TOEFL iBT, TOEFL ITP, TOEIC Listening and Reading plus TOEIC Speaking and Writing, Cambridge FCE for B2 conditional admission, Cambridge CAE for C1 direct admission, and the online formats IELTS Academic Online and PTE Academic Online.

Accepted bachelor fields

The official programme page states applicants need a first university degree in a related field. For the aptitude assessment, it expects prior studies in business administration and economics with at least 15 credit points in economics, 15 credit points in business administration, 10 credit points in mathematics, and 10 credit points in statistics, plus a letter of motivation.
