Integrated Water Resources Management (Master of Science)

This application-oriented master's trains specialists in integrated water resources management through interdisciplinary study of water, economics, governance, and project management. It prepares students to analyse complex water-related challenges in international contexts.

Minimum GPA

At least satisfactory, equivalent to 3.0 in the German grading system.

English requirements

Applicants must prove very good English by IELTS Academic or IELTS Online overall 6.0 with at least 5.5 in each section, TOEFL iBT 79 for tests before 21 January 2026, TOEFL iBT 4.0 with no part below 3.5 for tests from 21 January 2026, or Cambridge ESOL FCE. Native speakers must prove English was the language of instruction during school and university education.

German requirements

Foreign applicants applying for a DAAD scholarship: basic German language skills are recommended.

Accepted bachelor fields

Applicants need a completed higher-education degree with a substantial share of relevant subject content at bachelor's level or an equivalent qualification from a state or state-recognized institution.
