Human Computer Interaction (HCI)

International four-semester HCI master's focused on the design, implementation, and evaluation of user-friendly software systems, with strong integration of research, practice, and interdisciplinary electives.

Academic requirements

appropriate first degree (BA or BSc) covering at least six semesters of study

Minimum GPA

2.5 or better in the German grading system.

English requirements

TOEFL iBT at least 94, IELTS at least 6.5, Cambridge B2 First grade B / 173+, PTE Academic at least 58, or another certificate confirming English at B2 CEFR. The language certificate must not be older than 3 years.

German requirements

A German language certificate is not necessary.

Accepted bachelor fields

Relevant bachelor's degree in business information systems, computer science, business administration, design, psychology, sociology, or a comparable programme with at least 60 credit points from the listed subject areas.
