Public Sector Innovation and eGovernance (PIONEER)

PIONEER is an Erasmus Mundus joint master's focused on public governance, information management, digital transformation, and public-sector innovation. It prepares students to work on digital and organisational change across public institutions in Europe and beyond.

English requirements

The official admissions page requires TOEFL iBT 100 with at least 22 in each component, IELTS 7.0 with at least 6.0 in each component, Cambridge C1 Advanced or C2 Proficiency with at least 184, or ITACE C1. Applicants with a previous degree taught fully in English may be exempt.

Suitable prior degrees include public administration, social science, political science, information systems, information science, informatics, engineering, business, law, or a comparable degree in a related area.
