Artificial Intelligence

This research-oriented master's focuses on the mathematical and algorithmic foundations of artificial intelligence. It combines computer science, mathematics, and psychology to prepare students to develop, validate, and critically assess advanced AI methods.

English requirements

The current official programme pages require proof of English at B2 level. Accepted examples listed by BTU include TOEFL iBT 79, IELTS 6.0, Cambridge Advanced grade B, Cambridge Proficiency grade C, or UNIcert II.

German requirements

German language skills are not required for admission to this study programme.

Accepted bachelor fields

The official programme FAQ requires a first professional degree in a related field. It states that coursework in computer science, mathematics, and ethics should be comparable to the BTU bachelor's programme in Artificial Intelligence.
