Transatlantic master's programme in social sciences combining study in Berlin and the United States, with a focus on comparative and international social-science perspectives.

Admission Requirements

Academic requirements: Applicants must have completed an undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university, or an international equivalent.
Minimum GPA: No fixed minimum GPA is published.
English requirements: Accepted proofs include TOEFL 79 with at least 50 in each section or IELTS 7.0.
German requirements: All students are expected to be proficient in English and at least one other language. At Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, it is possible to study in German (TAM—German track) as well as in English (TAM—English track). Half of the compulsory classes are taught in English, and the other half are offered in German.
Accepted bachelor fields: Requires a prior degree preferably in political science, history, international relations, European studies, American studies, economics, modern languages, or another relevant field.
