Focuses on the development of complex embedded hardware and software systems with a strong emphasis on real-time and safety-critical aspects. Covers hardware-software codesign, microelectronics, and advanced software engineering.

Minimum GPA

2.5 or better (German grading scale)

English requirements

B2 level (CEFR). Accepted: IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT 78, Pearson PTE Academic 59, Cambridge FCE (B/C), BEC Vantage, TOEIC L&R 785/Speaking 160/Writing 150, telc B2, UNIcert II, or equivalent. Applicants from English-speaking countries exempt.

A1 at time of application; A2 by end of 3rd semester
