MSc Management

An MSc that can be studied in German or English and focuses on advanced management training within business and economics. Admission is based on qualification assessment and an admissions examination or qualifying GMAT/GMAT Focus score.

Academic requirements

Admission test, or GMAT with at least 600 points (or GMAT Focus Edition with at least 565 points). Selection criteria: Academic achievements from the Bachelor's programme, work experience, study abroad, admission test/GMAT.

Minimum GPA

No fixed minimum GPA is published on the current official programme page.

English requirements

For the English-language study route: TOEFL iBT at least 105, IELTS 7.5 or higher, or comparable evidence. Proof is not required if the first university degree or university entrance qualification was completed in English.

German requirements

According to § 4 para. 5 no. 14 sentence 1 b) Statutes of the Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg (FAU) concerning enrolment, re-registration, leave of absence and exmatriculation

Accepted bachelor fields

A bachelor's degree from an accredited university. The official Master in Management FAQ states there is no fixed requirement for a certain number of ECTS in specific subject groups because proof of business and economics knowledge is demonstrated in the admission test.
