Joint doctoral programme of the three Berlin universities and the MATH+ cluster, offering structured PhD training in mathematics through research-oriented phases and internationally coordinated supervision.

Admission Requirements

Minimum GPA: No fixed minimum GPA is published.
English requirements: Accepted proofs include TOEFL 550 paper-based, 213 computer-based, 79 internet-based, IELTS 6.5, CPE at least level C, or CAE at least level C.
German requirements: German language proficiency is not required.
Accepted bachelor fields: Phase I requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent in mathematics or a closely related field. Phase II requires a master's degree or equivalent in mathematics or a closely related field.
