Programme Overview

The master's programme focuses on using economic theory and empirical methods to understand, model and evaluate real-world economic issues. Students build advanced skills in economic theory and econometrics and can specialise across several economics fields.

Admission Requirements

Academic requirements: Applicants must have an above-average grade in a Bachelor's degree from a recognised university with a standard minimum study period of three years.
Minimum GPA: Above-average bachelor's degree required; no specific numeric minimum published.
English requirements: English can be proven by, for example, TOEFL iBT 92, IELTS 6.5, Cambridge First Certificate grade C, a bachelor's degree taught entirely in English, or other officially listed equivalents.
Accepted bachelor fields: Bachelor's degree in economics or a related subject from a recognised university, such as business economics, mathematics, natural science, or social sciences, plus documented knowledge in mathematics, statistics and economics.
