Structured PhD programme within the TUM School of Medicine and Health for candidates from medicine, life sciences, natural sciences, and engineering, centered on full-time interdisciplinary biomedical research.
Two types of candidates: external candidates looking for a research group at TUM or affiliated institutions, and internal candidates already working in one of the TUM research groups or affiliated institutions. Entry level for TUM medical students: must pass the first part of the "Ärztliche Prüfung". Entry level for TUM Master's students: must prove successful completion of their Master's degree within one year.
