Additive Manufacturing

This MSc provides comprehensive knowledge in additive manufacturing processes, materials science, powder technology, product creation, and design rules for 3D printing technologies. Students gain both theoretical grounding and practical skills covering the full spectrum from raw material to finished product. The programme requires 6 weeks of practical work experience prior to enrolment.

Minimum GPA

Minimum overall grade of 2.5 (German grading scale) from the bachelor degree.

English requirements

English proficiency at CEFR B2 level required. Acceptable certificates include IELTS, TOEFL, and equivalent qualifications.

Accepted bachelor fields

Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or a comparable engineering discipline with specified credit requirements in mathematics, mechanics, materials science, manufacturing technology, and related technical areas. Minimum 120 credit points across relevant fields. Six weeks of prior practical work experience required.
