Most German public universities don't charge application fees, but some do. Uni-assist (centralized application service) charges fees per university.

University Semester Fees

Public universities in most German states don't charge tuition fees, but all require semester fees that often include public transportation.

Why don't you charge success fees like other consultancies?

We believe in transparent pricing that allows students to budget accurately from the start. Success fees create uncertainty and can add significant unexpected costs. Our one-time payment model ensures you know exactly what you're paying for our services.

Can I upgrade my package later if I need more services?

Yes, you can upgrade from Basic to Standard or from Standard to Premium by paying the difference. However, it's most cost-effective to choose the right package from the beginning to ensure timely support throughout your application process.

Do I need to pay university tuition fees in Germany?

Most public universities in Germany don't charge tuition fees for international students, except in the state of Baden-Württemberg (€1,500 per semester for non-EU students). However, all universities charge semester fees (€150-350) that often include public transportation passes.

What happens if I don't get admitted to any university?

For our Premium packages, we offer a money-back guarantee if you don't receive admission from any university (subject to certain conditions). The Basic & Standard package doesn't include this guarantee but we will surely try to find the best possible way.

Are there any hidden costs in your packages?

No, our package prices are all-inclusive for our services. The only additional costs you'll incur are official fees paid directly to universities, visa authorities, and other institutions as detailed in our "Additional Costs" section.
